Applications
Our hydrotransport pipe products are (obviously) used for slurry-type wet applications, as well as dry. Dry applications are usually vertical delivery systems of aggregate or other materials to underground mine sites, and wet applications generally involve some form of hydrotransportation such as slurry transport out of underground mine sites or pump lines for coastal dredging. Pump lines for crushed quartzitic materials from primary and secondary crushers to ship storage hulls for underwater mining applications is the most abrasive/corrosive environment Trimay® Pipe Products targets.
